I made some French Baguette with some Guac for my kids and husband during some Sunday Football

What is used.

2 Avocados
1/8 cup Cilantro
1 TBS Onion
1 TBS Tomatos
1 TBS Green Chile
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Salt
Couple Squeezes of lime

First dice thin the cilantro, once your done dicing place them in a bowl then repeat with the onion, tomatoes, green Chile. After you have diced cut the avocados in half then place in the bowl and repeat with the next one. Once you are done with the avocados, add the cottage cheese and the salt and pepper to your own preference I have a molcajete but you can use a fork or potato masher both will do the job just fine. You do not have to use French Baguette you can use some chips too.
